Winnie & Friends is a Brisbane based small business focussing on affordable, quality made products suited to pups of all shapes and sizes!
Mission
After our sweet Winchester was adopted and we realised that so many pet brands don't cater to all pups shapes and sizes. After talking to friends and family, we realised that this was a more common issue than we thought and wasn't just an issue for pawrents with really small breeds, but the huge pups as well!
Our mission is to be able to have something for every pup, great and small!
Shipping
At Winnie & Friends, we’re committed to getting your dog harness to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $95AUD.

By purchasing and using our dog harnesses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Use: Our harnesses and accessories are designed for use with dogs and should be used in accordance with the provided instructions. Ensure proper fit and adjust as needed to avoid any discomfort or safety issues for your pet.

Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service for details on the return process.

Warranty: Our harnesses come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability: Winnie & Friends is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product.

Returns & Exchanges
At Winnie & Friends, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a dog harness, here’s how our process works:

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The harness must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@winnieandfriends.com.au. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order. If an item is being returned due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take a number of business days to appear in your account. For exchanges, we will send out the replacement harness as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items marked as final sale or custom-made products.

Size Guide
How to Measure your Pup:
1. Neck Circumference: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck, where a collar would typically sit.
2. Chest Measurement: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs (where the ribcage is most pronounced).
Important Tips:
- Always measure your dog before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
- If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for added comfort.
- Harnesses should fit snugly but allow two fingers to fit between the harness and your dog's body.
